Have Faith in My Path

Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

When I set you on a path, beloved, remember that I am there with you to see My plans through. All that is required on your part is to walk in the power of your faith in Me. At times, you may find the journey to be difficult because you cannot see all the details of My plan. I have given you the destination, yet I alone know all the twists and turns in your journey. Walk along this course being certain that you will see My goodness. I urge you to yield your expectations over the details to Me. Instead, adopt an attitude of childlike wonder over this adventure. By doing so, you will be able to maintain your peace and security in Me.

I have not made this path needlessly complex; I have designed it with your good in mind. This path is encouraging spiritual growth within you that you do not yet see. For as you rely upon Me to take every step, I draw out the gifts of the Spirit I have placed within you. I desire to get you to your destination well-equipped for all I have in store for you.

When you feel uncertain or discouraged along this journey, pause and remind yourself that I have already ordained that you will succeed. I have commanded the blessing upon your life so that you will prosper wherever I send you. The words I have spoken over your life will not return to Me void; they will accomplish all I desire. And you too, beloved, will succeed in walking this path as I empower you by My Spirit.

Isaiah 55:11 (NLT) It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.

Philippians 4:13 (AMPC) I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].

Christ’s Sufficiency

“Emboldened by the Sustaining Source” – by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Philippians 4:13 (AMP) I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]

True self-confidence isn’t a matter of full reliance in our own strength and abilities. We find confidence when our identities are properly rooted in Christ. We become like trees that are planted by rivers of water. While we are called to stand, we are not expected to do so completely in own strength; we must draw from the Sustaining Source of all life. Seasons of heat force us to stretch our roots deep to find the Word and promises of God when they seem hardest to find. We are strengthened by God’s faithfulness and upheld by His flawless character.

Bold believers may not always feel brave when they look toward seemingly insurmountable odds. It may seem like the whole world is against them. It may seem like they are outgunned and outnumbered, so to speak. Weariness in their bones and hearts may tempt them to say, “I can’t do this!” But then, they remember. They look to heaven and remember Who is for them and with them.

Bold believers draw strength from what God has spoken and done for saints of the past, and they remember how God has been faithful to His personal promises to them. Instead of bowing in defeat, bold ones learn to dig deep and call upon God to be their “very present help” again and again. And God faithfully responds to their cries by empowering them through His Spirit. God is fully able to transform our “I can’t” into “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Psalm 46:1-3 (VOICE) God is our shelter and our strength. When troubles seem near, God is nearer, and He’s ready to help. So why run and hide? No fear, no pacing, no biting fingernails. When the earth spins out of control, we are sure and fearless. When mountains crumble and the waters run wild, we are sure and fearless. Even in heavy winds and huge waves, or as mountains shake, we are sure and fearless.

I Never Forget

Isaiah 49:15 (NKJV) “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.

I have not forgotten what I have spoken over you, beloved. When I make a promise, I keep it. When I make a plan for your life, I am faithful to see it through to completion. My words are Spirit and they are life, and they never return to Me void. Therefore, trust in Me to fulfill the promises I have spoken. Resist the urge to doubt or think that I have lost sight of the plan for your life.

As the created, you go through many changes, yet I, your Creator, change not. It is impossible for Me to get distracted or thrown off course. I am never surprised by what happens in your life. In fact, everything that happens is within My sovereignty and meant to drive you straight into My will. Therefore, as you yield to My transformation process, resist the urge to lose sight of My promises and plan for your life. Cast off the discouragement and fear that seek to cloud your vision. Instead, hold hope close to your heart and hold fast to My love for you.

For behold, you stand upon the threshold of a new day and a new beginning. My life within you is ready to emerge. Yes, in transformation your emotions and thoughts will swirl like the chaotic waters at Creation. Even so, I say extend grace to yourself in the process. For I Am YHVH Bore, the Lord your Creator; I am well able to keep you even as I shape you according to My Word. What I have begun in you, I will complete. And I love you far too much to ever leave your side.

Philippians 1:6 (VOICE) I am confident that the Creator, who has begun such a great work among you, will not stop in mid-design but will keep perfecting you until the day Jesus the Anointed, our Liberating King, returns to redeem the world.
